Air Optix® plus HydraGlyde Contact lenses
AIR OPTIX® plus HydraGlyde contact lenses are monthly replacement lenses that bring together excellent deposit protection and lasting lens surface moisture technologies.
AIR OPTIX® plus HydraGlyde® contact lenses feature exclusive SmartShield™ Technology. This technology creates an ultra thin protective shield around the outer surface to minimize the amount of exposed silicon at the lens surface.
With exclusive moisture technology, advanced silicone hydrogel material and wide availability of prescription range, AIR OPTIX® plus HydraGlyde® are great for patients who have suffered from dry eye discomfort and need a comfortable, high quality lens.
SmartShield Technology.
Smartshield keeps the lens surface moist longer with HydroGlyde Moisture Matrix
Contact lenses designed for extended wear
Air Optix plus HydraGlyde lenses feature Alcon’s SmartShield technology, which also helps maintain optimal moisture.
SmartShield technology helps reduce deposits on the lenses, keeping them clean and comfortable throughout the wearing period.
Air Optix plus HydraGlyde may be worn without removing for up to 6 nights. It’s important to follow your eye care provider's advice regarding this type of wear, as it is not suitable for everyone.
• Attracts and retains moisture for a lasting moisture boost
• Helps keep the lens surface continuously moist
• Superior overall deposit resistance from lipids
• Helps protect the lens from irritating deposits
• Helps protect lens from cosmetic and hand cream residue
• Improved oxygen permeability
• Resists deposits from lipids
• Helps keep the lens surface hydrated
• Available in a wide range of prescriptions
• Helps lower friction to provide longer-lasting moisture
